It is pretty simple. When we are stressed, lacking sleep, overwhelmed and generally over it that is what happens. We burnout and we are a**holes.

Simple Stress Resilience
Creativity, resilience, productivity, less stress, less anxiety, improved focus, better sleep. Yes please I hear you say.
All starts with learning how to breathe.
Learning to breathe to navigate life is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
I run this program directly with organisations and for anyone who wants to learn the magical power of breathing.
The introduction to simple stress resilience is a two hour program.

Wellbeing
The wellbeing program will provide you with a range of tools to support mental and physical wellbeing.
The program covers stress resilience, emotional literacy, how to regulate your nervous system and ask for what you need. Learn how to create boundaries, create your user guide to working with you and the art and science of sleep. Leave with a personalised wellbeing toolbox.
The program runs for six weeks with a time commitment of three hours per week.

More Human Leadership
We can all learn to human better. To lead better. Be the version of ourselves we want to be.
This program is designed to support you to raise awareness of how you can human better.

I work with clients to create cultures of belonging and wellbeing. Increasing engagement, productivity and connection. To reduce stress and anxiety and overall learn to human better and live a life with greater ease.
