The simple stress resilience program is delivered in two one hour live workshops via zoom or in person. It also is a core element of the wellbeing and leadership program. Yet it is so important it is also offered stand alone. It is the essence of the inner work. It is where to begin.

  • Learn the powerful life enhancing balanced breathing technique to support long term mental and physical wellbeing, increase your heart rate variability and improve resilience long term.

  • Breathing practices for anxiety and sleep.

All sprinkled with insights into the physiology and what is happening in the brain (and why you say things you really don’t want to when you are under pressure).
