In my view, how you breathe has a direct impact on how you show up as a leader.
Learning how to breathe will change you from the inside out.
As you go through this program you will start to identify if you are a chest breather v someone who takes a full breath and how this has a direct impact on your brain and nervous system.
If you are a chronic chest breather, you are hitting the alarm button all the time. Your creative and emotionally astute brain has gone out for coffee and your security officer (aka your amygdala) is running the show.
This is not where you want to lead from. So, how you breathe impacts how you lead, in life and in your career. To increase energy, focus, engagement and zest for life begins with your breath.
This program will take you through the basics of relearning how to breathe, recognise what causes you stress and use your breath to hit reset reducing friction and optimising wellbeing and resilience.
In order to change the quality of someone’s thinking, to drive a different behaviour, improve performance and achieve better results, we actually have to change the way they feel.
Most of us don't know how to breathe and are constantly stressing our nervous system and putting our brains offline impacting how we lead and show up in life.
