Session Four Daily Practice

  1. Box Breathing - use this practice throughout the week when you need a reset and to find calm

  2. Huberman Sniff- when you are in need of a quick energy boost and focus practice the Huberman sniff.

  3. Mindful Eating - Choose one meal per day to eat in silence and mindfully. Notice the colour and texture of food, the aroma and the joy that happens when eating mindfully.

  4. Mindfulness through photography -practice mindfulness again this week through the lens of photography with the theme of joy. Also explore what compassion looks like to you.

  5. How do you want to feel tomorrow - Continue to use the emotional culture deck to set your emotional intention daily.

  6. Shake it off - shake it off either to Tay Tay or to your favourite song.
