Introducing the emotional culture deck. A super simple game that helps you get to the heart of the emotional culture you want to have. The deck can be used in 12 different scenarios from recruitment and on-boarding to 1:1 meetings to full day workshops.

The emotional culture deck is a facilitated workshop to support you to create your culture canvas. A workshop can run for two hours all the way to a few days depending on what you want outcomes are important to you.

    How do we improve the culture of our team (in a way that moves beyond values and a superficial ‘tick-the-box’ exercise)?

    At the outcome of this session, the team will have mapped their stakeholder relationships and planned experiments to help change the way they connect and deliver engaging experiences moving forwards.
