The connected leadership program provides the foundations for founders and leaders to ensure they can maintain optimal mental, physical and emotional wellbeing to fulfil their dreams and aspirations.
The hustle culture we operate in is one that needs to be assigned to the past. We can be successful and pause, rest and rejuvenate.
The program was originally designed for accelerators to provide the more human aspects of leadership alongside go to market strategy and MVPs. It still works brilliantly this way and it stands alone as it’s own program for all shapes and sizes of business.
The program runs for 12 weeks with a time commitment of two - three hours per week (depending on group size).
The masterclasses that comprise connected leadership can also be delivered as individual masterclasses or used to create a bespoke program for your business. Elements of the wellbeing program are also included in the connected leadership program.
A workbook and additional resources such as videos and audio recordings for further exploration are included in the program.

Learn to science of sleep, why we get tired and how to improve this essential life and leadership fundamental
How to create boundaries to reduce burnout
Micro habit change and mindfulness
Identify your stressors, where they show up and life and tools and techniques to navigate and minimise them.
Strengths profiling including individual and/or group coaching sessions
Lead with love - how love languages can be the key to creating an environment that supports employee appreciation
Meditation and leadership - learn to mediate, improve focus and mindful communication
How to improve focus through mindfulness
Understand how you want to feel and redesign your onboarding experience to put employees emotionally wellbeing first.
